Hopelink brokers Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) in King and Snohomish counties for medical services covered by Medicaid.
Ride requests can be made between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in either King or Snohomish County. Please call one the numbers below and have the following information readily available:
- Provider One Number
- Name of medical provider
- Name, address and phone number of medical facility
- Appointment date and time
- Reason for the appointment
