Ride requests can be made between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in either King or Snohomish County. Please call one the numbers below and have the following information readily available:

  • Provider One Number
  • Name of medical provider
  • Name, address and phone number of medical facility
  • Appointment date and time
  • Reason for the appointment
