Since 1971, Hopelink has served homeless and low-income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities in the north and east King County, WA. With service centers in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Shoreline and Sno-Valley (Carnation), we are the largest nonprofit organization in the area. Hopelink programs and services focus on five key areas: food, financial & energy assistance, housing & family development, adult education & employment, and transportation/mobility. The career opportunity: The Client Transportation Coordinator is a term-limited position with a potential end date of June 1, 2025, or based on program needs. The NEMT Client Transportation Coordinator partners in-person with medical facility staff to provide transportation assistance to Medicaid clients for the purpose of receiving medical care at local facilities. This position is a rotational role primarily stationed at Harborview Medical Center. Coordinators determine the type of transportation service required for clients and collaborate with our transportation service partners to meet their needs. This position reports directly to the NEMT Scheduling Supervisor. Coordinators are provided with a Hopelink issued ORCA card, for public transit, to commute to the work locations.
The ideal Client Transportation Coordinator brings excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in dispatching or ride scheduling a plus.

The Center Manager is responsible for the general oversight of the Shoreline Service Center.
