The career opportunity:

The Trail Head DART CDL Bus Driver is a part-time seasonal position that provides safe, courteous and on-time transportation to customers in CDL required vehicles on King County Metro’s Trail Head Direct Service; www.trailheaddirect.org. They will provide service on multiple routes that originate between the greater Seattle area and hiking trails along the I-90 corridor. The career opportunity: The Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, scheduling, and supervision of the Customer Service Center (call center) staff, under the direction of the Operations Manager in the Transportation Brokerage. The NEMT Customer Service Supervisor team is responsible for ensuring the Customer Service Center meets contractual requirements under Hopelink’s contract with the Health Care Authority (HCA) for Medicaid transportation. The career opportunity: The Client Transportation Coordinator is a term-limited position with a potential end date of June 1, 2025, or based on program needs. The NEMT Client Transportation Coordinator partners in-person with medical facility staff to broker transportation assistance to Medicaid clients for the purpose of receiving medical care at local facilities. This position is a rotational role primarily stationed at Harborview Medical Center. Coordinators screen for the type of transportation service required for clients and collaborate with our transportation service partners to meet their needs. This position reports directly to the NEMT Scheduling Supervisor. Coordinators are provided with a Hopelink issued ORCA card, for public transit, to commute to the work locations.

The ideal Client Transportation Coordinator brings excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in dispatching or ride scheduling a plus.

The Case Manager provides assessment, advocacy, referrals, and other support services to low-income families in shelter, transitional, non-time limited housing programs as well as community-based settings.
