Since 1971, Hopelink has served homeless and low-income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities in the north and east King County, WA. With service centers in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Shoreline and Sno-Valley (Carnation), we are the largest nonprofit organization in the area. The career opportunity:
The Trail Head DART CDL Bus Driver is a part-time seasonal position that provides safe, courteous and on-time transportation to customers in CDL required vehicles on King County Metro’s Trail Head Direct Service; www.trailheaddirect.org. They will provide service on multiple routes that originate between the greater Seattle area and hiking trails along the I-90 corridor. The DART Trail Head Driver adheres to traffic regulations and maintains schedules/routes. They will communicate respectfully while providing excellent customer service to passengers.

The DART Fleet Vehicle Detailer ensures that all interior & all exterior surfaces of buses and vehicles are sanitized, washed and detailed using proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety goggles and other protective equipment. The career opportunity: The Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, scheduling, and supervision of the Customer Service Center (call center) staff, under the direction of the Operations Manager in the Transportation Brokerage. The NEMT Customer Service Supervisor team is responsible for ensuring the Customer Service Center meets contractual requirements under Hopelink’s contract with the Health Care Authority (HCA) for Medicaid transportation. The Customer Service Supervisor is a critical role, providing independent problem solving and a sense of ownership for the success of the team and of the call center.
The ideal Customer Service Supervisor candidate will have excellent leadership skills, supervisory experience, and an accountability mindset towards inspiring staff and achieving team goals. Title: Mobility Specialist – Volunteer Transportation (Community Van Program)

Hopelink’s Mobility Management team empowers people to change their lives by facilitating access to the community. We do this by (1) providing travel education and resources to build awareness of existing transportation options; (2) supporting the coordination of specialized transportation through cross-sector collaborations; and (3) gathering data and needs assessment to recommend and implement improved services.
