In-Kind Donations
Hopelink is happy to accept a variety of in-kind donations that help sustain programs thousands of people across our region depend upon.
Please check out the items accepted by our Food Assistance and Housing programs and donation drop off instructions below. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at drives@hopelink.org.
Items Accepted at Hopelink Food Markets
All items donated to Hopelink’s Food Markets must be unexpired, unopened, and in their original packaging. Click here to download a list of our current most needed items. In-Kind donations to Hopelink’s Food Assistance Program help keep the shelves at our (five) 5 no-cost Food Markets stocked throughout the year.

Our Food Markets are committed to offering culturally relevant, local, and nutritious produce to our clients. Many home and P-patch gardeners help keep our produce bins stocked throughout the growing season. Please reach out to drives@hopelink.org to get information on the best days/times for delivery of fresh produce to the Hopelink Market nearest you.

Amazon Wish List
Hopelink’s Food Assistance team keeps a list of current most needed items on our Amazon Wish List. There you can buy food and non-food items to be shipped directly to our Market.
Please note that Hopelink does not receive the donor’s name and contact information from Amazon for items purchased via our Wish List

Hopelink’s Housing program accepts donations of furniture and small household goods on an as-needed basis.
Please email Drives@Hopelink.org to see if Hopelink can accept your donation at this time.
Furniture and household goods cannot be dropped off at our Food Markets. Hopelink cannot pick up donated items.
If it is an item we can accept we will schedule a time for you to drop off the donation.

As these items are high-risk, we’re unable to receive refrigerated or frozen foods from private donors. However, if a purchase is made and delivered within 30 minutes of purchase and a receipt of proof is provided, an exception may be able to be made.
We can accept donations of unopened bulk food items such as rice, beans, sugar and salt. Please no donations of flour in bulk size packaging.
Hopelink can accept donations of dry and canned pet food or treats – please make sure the items are unopened and not expired. We can also accept dog poop bags, pee pads and cat litter (small bags). We cannot accept used beds, toys, litter boxes or pet carriers.
Hopelink’s Food Program operates five (5) Food Markets with locations in Bellevue, Redmond, Shoreline, Kirkland, and Carnation and a mobile market that visits various sites throughout our service area. At no cost, clients can shop at the market as they would in a typical grocery store by choosing the items that best fit their household needs. Donations collected from the community helps Hopelink keep our shelves stocked with a variety of free, nutritious and culturally relevant foods.
We do accept paper (preferably standard 12 x 7 x 17″ with handles) and reusable grocery bags.
No, we do not accept freezer packs or egg cartons.
